Dr. Weaver made our first vet visit very easy. She was responsive to our questions and concerns, gentle with our cat, and made us feel confident we are providing good care to our pet. The office was so clean and comfortable. I was expecting to see a bunch of animals in the waiting room, making Bersi nervous for his first visit. But it was a calm, empty space that relieved a lot of our stress with his first appointment. I would recommend this practice and Dr. Weaver to anyone!

We love the staff & Doctors here. They're always so helpful, live the animals & are understanding that sometimes you can't afford the perfect option & help you find a more affordable one. Prices are fairly in line with other vets in the area. We use them for our dogs. I'm pretty sure most dis don't typically get excited to hear "do you wanna go see Dr. So & So?" Ours go crazy! We've had emergency surgeries there, annual wellness visits, scheduled surgeries & all meds for our fur babies here!

from the bottom of my heart i want to thank you for what you’ve done for me and my family. this amazing place and staff made such a painful situation as easy for me as possible all the way down the line, from reception to the doctor.. Dr. Pierce did an at home euthanasia (which took off SO much of the anxiety between all of us including my beloved dog), and he was such a caring and patient man. he explained everything thoroughly, gave us all the time that we needed, and even loved on my furry son by giving him a nice gentle petting! my baby got to go so peacefully and i felt so much compassion during the entire process that it just brings tears to my eyes. my dog was cremated and returned to me so beautifully. a beautiful box with his name engraved, his paw print, and a lock of his hair. it’s hard to find the words for how grateful i am to this entire establishment. i felt compassion from everyone i spoke to and encountered. you guys will never know how much it means to me. thank you for being amazing humans and going out of your way to make such a hard thing as easy and beautiful as possible. i will recommend you to ANYONE that has a furry loved one. The clinic is clean and seemed well staffed. However, if you have a reptile, don't bring it here unless you absolutely *need* vet care for it. The good: Dr. Davis was friendly, polite, and fairly knowledgeable about snakes. He seems like a great guy. The clinic itself was clean and pretty impressive looking. The bad: The vet took my snake into another room to weigh her. He then came back without her and told me the he was letting the techs pass her around since they don't see snakes often at Glenwood. He didn't ask permission or even tell me he would let other people handle my snake. I would have said no if he asked. My snake is not a learning tool or a novelty for other people- she was just supposed to be a patient. I wouldn't be so frustrated over this if she was an adult (larger and calmer), but my snake is just a baby- only about 2 months old. She was really skittish when I first got her. It took over a month to get her to be calm during handling. Now she's back to being as skittish as she was before thanks to this :/ To have a group of strangers handling her without my permission or knowledge is completely unacceptable for me. I know no one meant any ill intent. I don't hold any ill will towards anyone, but I won't be coming back to Glenwood unless something happens for my snake to require emergency care.

Highly recommend for exotic owners!! Dr. Scott is extremely knowledgeable, meticulous, and versatile. Dr. Davis is great too and follows Dr. Scott's protocols as necessary. Receptionists are very friendly and organized. Technicians are experienced and attentive. You may have to wait longer, but it is because they are so thorough in ensuring each patient is properly examined and treated. If your reptile needs bloodwork, Dr. Scott is excellent at drawing it herself. She always reviews patient histories before the appointment. If she's already seen your pet once that year, and your pet has an issue, you can call and leave her a message. Reception ensures she sees all of her messages the next time she's in office. Even if it's a minor issue. Even if you just spoke to her the week before. Even if it's just a general question. She will always see it and respond. Dr. Scott keeps up to date on current medical research, so her treatments and diagnoses are never outdated. She is also extremely flexible with her treatments, so each plan is fully tailored to the individual patient depending on the species and issue. My reptiles have seen several exotic vets in the area over the past several years. Dr. Scott and Dr. Davis are some of the best, if not the best, exotic doctors I have seen. This is the first time I have ever written a review for any business. My wife and I were in town for Thanksgiving and our beautiful 15 year old Luiggi , a Yorkiepoo took a turn for the worse. He had been sick over the last two years and the growth on on his trachea had reached a point where he could no longer get oxygen. Where do you do go when you are from out of town and we found Glenwood that was open early? We were up all night trying to calm our little man and dreaded making the decision and we didn't know any veterinarians. I walked in the door of Glenwood at 7:45 yesterday and Tristan greeted me and was so kind and considerate making me feel at home, like we had been patients there for a long time. Having a first patient like this, I'm sure is difficult. Tristan was very professional and in my opinion the kind of employee that don't come along very often. He took his time explaining the options that were hard to hear, but he was in no hurry. He came out to the car where my wife was with Luiggi. We went in a side door and in a couple of minutes the vet came in and explained what was about to happen. I wish I had gotten her name but she was so kind and caring. Her assistant helped to prep and you could just tell this is one of the jobs they don't like to perform. I don't want to go through anything else regarding our little man's passing but if the end of life procedure and care is anything like their daily practice, I can't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Tristan and our vet for being so wonderful in a trying time.
